Jeremias Wirtz

During his time at EHL Hospitality Business School, Jeremias discovered his passion for numbers and data analysis. Various internships in hotel operations and asset management provided him with deep insights into the industry and familiarized him with its current challenges. With UPB, he combines his expertise in data with his experience in hospitality to drive greater efficiency and sustainability across the sector.

Felicitas Hockemeyer

Co-Founder

With a background in hospitality training and a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics, Felicitas began her career auditing hotels at Deloitte. Following an LL.M. in Commercial Law, she gained valuable operational and administrative experience as an Asset Manager and General Manager. With leadership experience at Accor, the Oetker Collection, and Arabella Hospitality, she has fully embraced the hospitality industry.
